3 Exams – Done at the time of vaccinations
3 DAPs – (distemper) Done at 8, 12, and 16 weeks of age
2 Influenza Vaccines
1 Rabies – Done at 16 weeks
1 Bordetella – Done at 12 weeks
3 wormings – Heartworm and Flea
1 Fecal Exam – Checks for intestinal parasites
1 Microchip – Inserted at spay/neuter or last exam (NOTE: Spay or neuter is a separate charge and not included in the package price, BUT you will receive a 10% discount for the cost of the spay or neuter when the procedure is performed)
1 Nail Trim – Done at time of one of the exams

*NOTE: Depending on your pet’s lifestyle and needs, please discuss with the doctor, receiving vaccinations against Leptospirosis and/or Lyme disease. These are not regularly part of the puppy package, but if desired, will be discounted when you purchase the puppy package.
